We're back and better than ever for another exciting above ground pool installation season and we're looking for a new installer from your area who'd like to average $20,000-$30,000 per month installing above ground pools for our ready and waiting customers.
My name is Kerry Spry and I'm looking for a new above ground pool installer from your area who's willing and able to install 20-30 above ground swimming pools per month with an average pay of about $1,400.00-$1,600.00 gross pay per pool (avg. pay based on a 24' round pool with an avg. 6-8 hour install time). So you do the math, install 20-30 pools per month and your average gross pay will be $20,000-$30,000.00 per month or more. Does that sound like the kind of money you'd like to be making?
Installer Requirements

Must have access to a full size truck.

Must have access to a trailer.

Must have access to a Bobcat or Front Loader.

Must have access to a Transit or Laser Level.

Must have or have access to a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy. (Not a problem if you're not currently insured, we will help you by referring you and getting you in contact with one of our partners in the business that have been insuring our new installers for a number of years.)

Must have at least one helper.

Must be willing to start immediately.

Above-ground or In-ground pool experience is definitely helpful but not required. However relevant grading and/or dirt work experience is required.

Must have a valid driver license and proof of auto insurance.

Must be and able to pass a Criminal Background Check. (IMPORTANT NOTE: All applications and the circumstances surrounding the applicants criminal history are considered and reviewed on a case by case basis. However, we do not offer contracts to applicants with a criminal history (including felony violent crimes, felony money related crimes, and/or sex crimes.)

Must be willing and able to work full-time and cover a 200 mile market radius.

Must be willing to consider additional overnight travel if necessary.

Must have a smart phone with a camera.

Must be willing and able to work full time at least 5-6 days per week.

We do offer exceptions for some of these expectations and requirements. Please be sure to mention any of these requirements that you may not be able to meet after you complete the installer application and during your phone interview.
About Installer Pay: Installers are paid via company check after every completed pool installation. In order for a pool to be considered "complete" the installer must first complete the actual pool installation and have a completely satisfied customer. Next the installer must have all required documents and site photos submitted to the Blue World Pools, Inc. corporate office. This process usually takes about (3) days. So no more waiting net 30-60-90 days to get paid for your hard work. If you're offered the opportunity to install "above ground" pools at Blue World Pools, Inc. we value your time and understand your everyday lives, so we'll get you paid as quickly as we can.
About Installers Training: Every new installer, no matter his/her experience, will be required to attend a (3) day "on the job training" course with one of our experienced installers. Usually travel is required for the (3) day training event. However we will cover the costs of your travel and hotel (fuel + $100 per night for hotel) if you live in a city/state where traveling for training will be necessary. In addition we will pay you $75.00 per diem over and above your expenses. And the way your training pay works is after you complete training and install your first pool, Blue World Pools, Inc. will reimburse you at that time. Please see the Installer Training Agreement provided with the installer Agreements for specific details.
We are willing to train the right candidate but we are not looking for helpers at all.
